Return Policy
We prioritize customer happiness and are here to help if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to learn how to send things back or swap them.
Who Can File Returns?
● You have one day from the date you received the item to return it.
● The items must be brand new, unused, and in the same state as when you received them.
● The items must be in their original boxes with all the tags on them.
● You can't return some items, like private clothing and personalized items.
How to Return
- Start the Return Process: To start the return process, email our customer service team at contact@byado.com or text us at +91-7011185134. Please give us your order number and explain why you want to return the item.
- Permission to Return: Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and more information on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: Please use a shipping service that lets you keep track of it and give us the tracking number. We don't believe that things that get lost in transit are our fault.
Refund
● As soon as we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and refund you with either money or points in 7-10 days.
● If your return is accepted, we'll start the refund process.
● We will grant you “Byado Grant Points,” which can be used on byadoo.com only.
Defective or Broken Items
If you receive a broken or defective item, contact us immediately at byado@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7011185134. You can choose to get a replacement or a refund, and we'll take care of it.
