Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

How can I return an item?

At Byado, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps to return it:

  4. Replacement or Refund: After we receive the returned item, we'll either send you a replacement or process a refund, based on your preference.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

At Byado, we strive to keep our popular items in stock, but availability can vary. If an item is marked as "out of stock," there's a good chance we will restock it soon.
